📰 They’d been watching for years. I just didn’t know it.

Hi Reader,

I recently kicked off the very first session of the Digital Stage Launchpad.

It’s always a bit surreal, starting something like this. You know there are people signed up. You’ve seen their names on the list. But until you actually get into the room with them (virtually or otherwise), it’s hard to know what to expect.

There were a few familiar faces, and a few I didn’t recognise. But what happened next caught me off guard.

After one of the newer members finished asking a question, he paused and said.

“This is so strange… I’ve been watching your videos for years, and now here we are, talking face to face. It feels weird, but great… anyone else feel the same?”

Others agreed.

It was one of those moments that stops you for a second. Because you realise something profound:

The people you’re speaking to aren’t strangers.

They already know you. They already trust you.

You’ve just never met.

This is the paradox of building a digital presence.

You put your message out into the world—through videos, newsletters, podcasts, and livestreams—and for the longest time, it can feel like no one’s really watching.

But they are.

They’re there in the background, tuning in quietly. Taking it all in. Waiting for the right moment to step closer.

And when they do, they’re not starting at the beginning. They’re already invested. They’ve already decided.

You’re not auditioning. You’re welcoming them in.

This is why I believe so deeply in creating content that’s true to who you are.

It’s not just about reach or algorithms.

It’s about connection.

And when that connection becomes real, you’ll know.

Your Audience Is Already Listening

This is something I remind others of often too—especially when it feels like no one’s watching:

The people you’re speaking to today might not comment, click, or respond… but they’re still listening.

And when they finally step forward, it won’t be because of one viral post or a perfectly edited reel.

It’ll be because you kept showing up. You kept telling the truth. You kept making space for them.
So here’s the deeper lesson:

If you’re building a business, a personal brand, or a platform of any kind, don’t just create for the visible audience.

Create for the invisible one.

The quiet watchers. The future clients. The ones waiting for the right moment to step in.

They’re not looking for pressure.

They’re looking for alignment. Clarity. Presence.

And when they see it—they remember.

Side note: If you’ve been one of those quiet watchers and if you’ve been following along and wondering whether there’s a place for you to step in, I just want you to know: there is.

The Digital Stage Launchpad is now underway, but it’s a 12-week journey, and there’s still time to join us.

If you’re ready to build your platform, clarify your message, and finally get your course out into the world… this is your moment.

See below for full details.

So remember… you never know who’s watching.

But one day, they’ll tell you.

And when they do, all those quiet hours behind the mic, the camera, and the screen will make perfect sense. Talk soon, Alec.

🔴 Your Studio Gear Questions Answered | Live Q&A

I’m going live Tuesday 10pm Eastern for something a little different, an open tech Q&A. No agenda, no script, just your questions, my camera, and a coffee (It'll be 9am for me!).

If you’ve been wondering about livestream setups, one-take workflows, Ecamm, studio gear, course platforms or anything else in the creator/business/tech space bring your questions and join the conversation.

Tip Of The Week

Start with one problem. Just one.

If you’ve been stuck trying to plan the perfect course, or waiting until you’ve mapped out an entire masterclass, workshop series, or membership, pause for a second.

Instead, ask yourself this:

What’s one specific problem I could help someone solve this week?

Not a full curriculum. Not a signature framework. Just one focused transformation.

You don’t need a full course to make a difference.

Sometimes, all it takes is one result to make a real difference in the world. The master plan can follow naturally!

There's Still Time To Join!

Over the past few weeks, a few people have asked:

“Can I still join the Launchpad if I’m not using Kajabi?”

The answer is YES!

The Digital Stage Launchpad is a 12-week guided program to help you finally get your course out into the world—with structure, support, and clarity, no matter which platform you’re using.

Whether you’re on Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, Podia or haven’t even chosen a platform yet, this experience will walk you through every step of building, recording, and launching your course.

Here’s what you’ll unlock:

✅ Three months of VIP access to the Digital Stage Academy

✅ The full 12 Week Business Growth Accelerator

✅ The Ecamm Live Accelerator in July

✅ A private 1:1 strategy session with me

Doors close this Friday, June 13 at midnight Pacific.

This is the only time I’ll be running the Launchpad in 2025.

Until next time…

Thanks for reading and for continuing to show up, even when it feels like no one’s watching.

The right tools can help. A solid plan makes it easier.

But it’s your consistency, clarity, and quiet commitment that really builds momentum.

Keep going. Keep sharing. And remember, someone out there is already listening.

If you ever want to talk it through, just reply. I’m always here.

Have a great day,
Alec

Hi Reader, A few weeks ago, I received an email I might have jumped at in the past. It was an invitation to speak at VidFest, one of the biggest creator events in the world. A real honour, and something I’ve said yes to before without hesitation. But this time, I turned it down. Not because I didn’t want to go. I had a clear session I would have loved to deliver. But because I’m in a different season now... a quieter, more intentional one. To attend would’ve meant flying halfway around the...

Hi Reader, Today, we wrapped up Phase One of the Digital Stage Launchpad, the 15-week guided program where I’m walking a group through creating and launching their digital product from scratch. The program is divided into three key phases: Phase 1 – Clarify (5 weeks): Get clear on what you’re building, who it’s for, and why it matters Phase 2 – Build (4 weeks): Set up the infrastructure, design the course, and prep for recording Ecamm Live Accelerator (2 weeks): An intensive, hands-on stretch...

Hi Reader, I’m going to keep this one short. I’ve been under the weather for the past few days. Nothing serious, just low energy and a bit off. I had a couple of zoom calls today and also ran a live training for the Digital Stage Launchpad Program, but truthfully, I wasn’t feeling up to writing this newsletter. Still, I wanted to show up. Because sometimes… less is enough. In that spirit, here are five reminders from this week that less can actually be more: 1. When creating a course In...
